Can I return my online order for free?

Clothing, accessories and parts
You can return these for free. We have included a form with the return address with your order. You can cut out this address and stick it on the box. Was there no return form in the box? Then you can download it here.

Misuse
For returning bicycles, transport costs will be charged.
For the Netherlands this is €35, for Belgium €60.

Please note: Free returns are not possible from Belgium using the reply number.

How do I get a return form?

How can I return my order from Belgium?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return your order from Belgium for free. In that case, use the address below to return the product. Clearly state your name and order number.

What are the return conditions?

Clothing, accessories and parts:

  • You can return your online order up to 28 days after receipt
  • The products are unused, undamaged and complete
  • The products are (where possible) in the original packaging

Misuse:

  • The bike is clean
  • The bicycle is undamaged
  • The bike is complete (everything included is present)
  • You can return your bike up to 14 days after receipt.
  • A maximum of 5 km has been cycled by bike
  • Only for electric bicycles: battery and charger are present and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging

Does the bicycle no longer meet the above conditions? Then the depreciation can be charged. You are only liable for the depreciation of the bicycle if you visibly use it more than necessary to assess the characteristics and operation. For returning bicycles, the transport costs are charged. For the Netherlands this is €35,-, for Belgium €60,-.

Can I exchange a product?

It is not possible to exchange clothing, accessories or parts. Do you need a different product or size? Then you can return the order and place a new order. Once we have received the return, we will process it.

Can I exchange or return my online order in a store?

It is not possible to exchange or return your online order in a store.

How does the refund work?

Once the product you want to return is received, we will credit the order if it meets the return conditions. The payment will be refunded to the payment method you used when paying for the order.

Only if the entire order is returned, we will credit the shipping costs. After processing your return, the refund will be in your account within 3 working days.

What is the return policy in physical stores?

Only accessories and clothing can be exchanged within 8 days, with the exception of offers, underwear and trousers with a chamois.

Is something broken, is this covered by the warranty and did this happen within the stated warranty period? Then you can return the defective product for repair or replacement. Please note: this is a carry-in warranty , which means that the consumer must physically bring the defective product to the store for repair or replacement.
